Exchange Policy

At Novea customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our policy below carefully:

No Returns Policy

  • All sales are final. We do not accept returns or provide refunds once an order has been placed.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are only available in the following cases:
    • You received a damaged or defective item.
    • You received the wrong item compared to your order confirmation.

Exchange Conditions

  • To qualify for an exchange, you must notify us within  3–7 days of receiving your order by contacting us at Novealb@gmail.com.
  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
  • Once approved, we will arrange an exchange for the correct item or a replacement of the damaged item.

Non-Exchangeable Items

  • Items that were delivered correctly and without damage are not eligible for exchange.
